When to place your order?  Place Resort Orders (Nov/Dec)  before end of August. Spring and Summer orders accepted August through early April, expect 8 -12 weeks out. The pipeline gets a little busy at times, so the earlier you can get us your confirmed order, the smoother it goes for everyone.

What is MAYA JONES OUTLET?

Like most manufacturers, we manage to accumulate quite a bit of popular, first quality but “un-intended” goods.

The factory may “over-run” a cut order, or we may need to add garments to justify a large dye batch. There are lots of reasons why we may have un-spoken for goods… and now we can offer them to our buyers at a savings!

Lots of familiar styles and colors from this season or perhaps the one before. in a wide variety of “pre-packs” for immediate delivery.  All new goods, first quality, These are not returns, not samples.

These are “here and gone”, so we have not photographed them but you can call for a quick pic or a video call if that will help you make your selections. We are always happy to hear from you, anytime!

We got lucky in 1984, and the best choice we ever made was to partner with our compadres in Guatemala.. Rooted in shared values, trust, and a commitment to family, this relationship has stood the test of time — spanning more than 40 years.

A Legacy of Craftsmanship

Our garments are cut and sewn by skilled their skilled Mayan artisans, who have spent decades working together making MJC Clothing. Their expertise, consistency, and dedication are evident in every piece.

The Long Story…

In 1984, we were seeking adventure and treasures in the traditional mercados of Mexico and highland Guatemala for our shop near Santa Fe. We returned again and again to the historic Mayan market town of Chichicastenango. Over the years we were privileged to be accepted into the family of our compadres, Diego and Tomasa.

Working together, we created and manufactured a successful line of clothing from both handwoven and garment-dyed cotton. The same garment dyed cotton we work with today!

And many years later here we are, still working together!

I still travel to beautiful Guatemala, visiting the Fundamaya office in Panajachel and my partners and compadres in Chichicastenango. Together, we are all building on our foundation, still strong after more than 40 years.

All of our garment-dyed cotton clothing is still made in that magical place by talented, hardworking craftspeople. The entire operation is managed by an exceptional and dedicated indigenous staff that I am so proud to call my friends.

Together, we continue our tradition of working together for our families and the communities that have given us all so much over the years.

We support our amazing friends at Fundamaya, changing lives in the Mayan communities where they work.

Immediate Delivery ~ Pre-packs and Overstock

Reduced price and clearance goods not eligible for refund.

Undamaged Merchandise – You may return unused and undamaged Maya Jones

Express merchandise within 30 days of order delivery for full refund of the cost of the

items returned.

All returns must be pre-authorized, in original packaging with tags attached. Pre-

packs must be complete, unused, in new condition and in the original packaging.

Returned merchandise must be in new, restock-able and salable condition. Buyer will be

responsible for return shipping charges of undamaged merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise – You may request exchange, credit or refund for any damaged

merchandise resulting from our error or product defect. Request must be made within

10 days of your delivery. Such returns qualify for a full credit or refund of cost of the

goods and shipping. We may ask you to return the goods at our expense, or for a

photograph to verify damage. After authorization and/or return, refund will be issued in

same method as the original payment.

All Maya Jones Clothing, Express and Outlet orders will ship UPS, USPS or FedEx,

we will determine the best rate for service unless otherwise requested.

All orders FOB Maya Jones Clothing, Inc warehouse in Santa Fe, NM USA unless

specified at time of order. Shipping charges are added to invoice and payable per terms.

The goods are yours when they are handed over to the common carrier, indicated

above. Maya Jones Clothing, Inc. is not responsible for payment or reimbursement of

shipping charges for new or undamaged goods to/from our warehouse unless agreed at time of order.

NOTE: Maya Jones Clothing, Inc. is not liable for damage or loss of your goods while in

transit via common carrier to/from our warehouse. To insure against your loss, Shipping

Insurance covering of up to100% of invoice can be purchased, and cost added to your invoiced

shipping charge. Please make request at time of order.
