Undamaged Merchandise – You may return unused and undamaged Maya Jones

Express merchandise within 30 days of order delivery for full refund of the cost of the

items returned.

All returns must be pre-approved, in original packaging with tags still attached. Pre-

packs must be complete, unused, in new condition and in the original packaging.

Returned merchandise must be in new, restock-able and salable condition. Buyer will be

responsible for return shipping charges of undamaged merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise – You may request exchange, credit or refund for any damaged

merchandise resulting from our error or product defect. Request must be made within

10 days of your delivery. Such returns qualify for a full credit or refund of cost of the

goods and shipping. We may ask you to return the goods at our expense, or for a

photograph to verify damage. After authorization and/or return, refund will be issued in

same method as the original payment.

Seasonal Pre-orders, and “Cut to order”

damaged goods only

MAYA JONES CLOTHING CATALOG Pre-orders and cut-to order merchandise can

only be returned if merchandise is Damaged, Shipped in Error or is Defective due to our

error. We do not offer refunds or credit for undamaged “cut to order” merchandise when

delivered as ordered, as these goods have been manufactured to your specifications.

Damaged Merchandise Only – We do issue refund, credit or exchange (when

available) for damage resulting from our error or a product defect. for a full refund of

cost of the goods and shipping. Buyer must notify Maya Jones Clothing of damaged

goods within 10 days of your delivery. We may ask you to return the goods at our

expense or for a photograph to verify damage and document for training purposes. After

authorization and/or return, your refund will be issued in the same method as the

original payment

Both Maya Jones Clothing and Maya Jones Express orders will ship using SHIPPO

discount shipping rates. UPS, FedEx and USPS are available, and we will determine

the best rate for service unless otherwise requested.

All orders FOB Maya Jones Clothing, Inc warehouse in Santa Fe, NM USA unless

specified at time of order. Shipping charges are added to invoice and payable per terms.

The goods are yours when they are handed over to the common carrier, indicated

above. Maya Jones Clothing, Inc. is not responsible for payment or reimbursement of

shipping charges for new or undamaged goods to/from our warehouse.

NOTE: Maya Jones Clothing, Inc. is not liable for damage or loss of your goods while in

transit via common carrier to/from our warehouse. To insure against your loss, Shipping

Insurance covering 100% of invoice can be purchased, and cost added to your invoiced

shipping charge. Please make request at time of order.
